Overview

The 2025 PACES Research Training Workshop is a two-day event that focuses on introducing researchers to available advanced cyberinfrastructure resources including frequently used interfaces and integrated development environments. This workshop will be held in Pasadena, Texas at the San Jacinto College Central Campus on the 26th and 27th of February, 2025. This event is open to faculty and students from all fields, librarians, and IT support and participants are not required to have a background in computer science or any prior programming experience. Topics covered include:

Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning
Python Coding in Jupyter Notebooks
Introduction to AI Computing Systems
