Student Helpdesk at HPRC

What We Do

The student helpdesk at HPRC is a team of student workers who serve as the first line of user support for HPRC systems. We assist users with a wide range of issues from account access and troubleshooting errors to job scheduling and navigating high performance computing resources.
In addition to frontline support, we also develop HPRC tools, create automation scripts, improve user workflows, and improve the user experience for researchers. Our work helps bridge the gap between users and complex computing environments.
