This short course covers usage and best practices for HPRC Maroon Galaxy. Topics include: documentation, accessing Maroon Galaxy, tools, HPRC SU balance, quotas, uploading files, downloading files, managing histories, shared data, genome indexes, launching jobs, workflows, debugging, and Galaxy training.

  • Learn about various tools and shared data
  • Learn various ways of uploading and downloading files
  • Learn about quotas and managing data
  • Submit and monitor jobs
  • Design and utilize workflows
