Prerequisites: Current ACCESS ID, basic Linux/Unix skills, and basic familiarity with NGS techniques/terminology

This short course covers concepts of RNA-seq data analysis for differential expression, including Quality Control, reference-based read alignment, utilization of DESeq2, and data visualization in R.
