ACES: Introduction to CryoSPARC for Cryo-EM Data Processing in Collaboration with the Laboratory for Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics

Prerequisites: Current ACCESS ID, CryoSPARC Academic License ID
This course will cover aspects of using CryoSPARC on HPRC resources including accessing CryoSPARC on the ACES cluster followed by a training session using example image files.

Attendees will log in to the cluster during the training session in order to follow examples and complete exercises with the instructor's guidance.

In this course, participants will:
- Learn how to launch a CryoSPARC job from the portal
- Learn about HPC resources and limitations
- Work on a hands-on tutorial of image processing

You must first get an individual academic license id from https://cryosparc.com/download in order to launch CryoSPARC.
