This course covers the process of applying for allocations on the ACES testbed high performance cluster at Texas A&M University. ACCESS is the system through which accounts are created, Users will be taken through the steps to apply for an account, request an ACCESS allocation, and exchange units for ACES service units. NAIRR proposals to use ACES will also be addressed.

Participation
During the training, attendees are expected to use their own computer and complete the instructor-led application and allocation processes.
Learning Objectives and Agenda
After completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Apply for an ACCESS ID
- Submit a request for an ACCESS allocation
- Exchange ACCESS units for ACES service units
- Write a proposal for a NAIRR project
