An introduction to Jupyter Notebook on the ACES cluster, which allows for interactive coding in several languages and documentation via Markdown. The instructor will lead participants through accessing ACES via Open OnDemand, launch a Jupyter Notebook job, and perform basic operations in notebooks.

• Start a Jupyter Notebook session on a cluster via the Open OnDemand portal
• Learn to manage notebooks
• Practice with both Python and Markdown
