Build MOOSE framework in user scratch

   cd $SCRATCH
   module load MOOSE/moose-dev-gcc-ompi
   $EBROOTMOOSE/install-moose.sh


It will take a while for the installation to finish. When it is done, the moose framework will be install in your current directory.
